Who Should Apply
Roswell PiñataFest welcomes local artisans, food vendors, and community organizations. We prioritize vendors who reflect the cultural spirit of the event and offer quality goods or experiences for a family audience.
Artisan & Craft
Handmade goods, jewelry, art, and locally crafted items. Must be vendor-created or locally sourced.
Food & Beverage
Regional cuisine, specialty drinks, and festival favorites. Health permit required. No alcohol without separate approval.
Community & Nonprofit
Local organizations with a mission aligned to community, culture, or family services. Reduced rates available.
Rules & Expectations
- All vendors must be approved prior to the event — no walk-in applications accepted
- Setup and breakdown times will be communicated upon approval
- Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, and equipment
- Booth spaces are approximately 10×10 ft — larger spaces subject to availability
- All food vendors must provide a current health permit from Chaves County
- Vendors must remain open for the full duration of both event days
- No subletting of booth space — approved vendor only
- RHCC reserves the right to remove any vendor not complying with event standards
Key Dates
Application Deadline
August 1, 2026 — applications received after this date will not be considered.
Approval Notification
August 15, 2026 — all applicants notified of status by this date.
